Wall Street Journal readers overwhelmingly support a price on carbon

Kristin Eberhard, Legal Director, Western Energy and Climate Projects, Santa Monica

Ok, its not at all a scientific poll, but nonetheless the "question of the day" on WSJ online is "Should there be a price on carbon?" and of the 1,717 respondents, nearly 70% support a price, either through a tax or a cap and trade program.  Pretty impressive.  If you read the WSJ and its regular editorial coverage of climate change, and assume that some or many of the poll respondents also read that coverage, it is extremely impressive!
